  • 4 ounces fresh lemon juice (about 5-6 lemons)
  • 4 ounces filtered water
  • 1 large sprig of rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon of raw honey
  • Stevia liquid extract to taste
  1. Roll rosemary between your hands to bruise slightly. Pinch off the top and muddle with honey in the bottom of a pint glass. Add a handful of ice, juice and water. Shake well and add stevia to taste. Strain over ice into an iced tea or rocks glass. Add bruised rosemary sprig to glass and enjoy.
