- 1-2lbs of asparagus
- 1 tablespoon of grass-fed butter or extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh lemon wedges
- Preheat oven to 400◦
- Trim asparagus of white, woody bottoms and arrange on a single layer onto a cookie sheet. Roast for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from oven and immediately toss with butter or olive oil, and salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh lemon juice and wedges.
