  • 3 organic apples
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 thumb tip sized piece fresh ginger
  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
  1. Core apples and cut into quarters. Cut lemon into quarters (skin on). Combine all ingredients except cinnamon together in a juicer and juice. Strain off foam, add cinnamon and blend well.
