One of the best green drinks ever!

- 1 bunch dandelion greens or 1 head of organic romaine
- 1 small bunch of parsley or mint (optional)
- 3 medium sized organic green apples
- 1 lemon, cut in half
- 1 organic cucumber or 2 ribs organic celery
- 1 teaspoon spirulina
- Run all of the ingredients through a juicer. Strain off any foam. Stir or shake in spirulina. Drink immediately.
