  • ½ unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)
  • 1 cup cacao nibs
  • 1 cup goji berries or cranberries
  • 1 cup walnuts, soaked and dried
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds, roasted and salted
  • 1 cup organic cherries
  • 1 cup organic peanuts or almonds roasted and salted
  1. Combine any 3 or more ingredients in a bowl. Mix well, measure one cup and put in baggies.
