  • 1 can garbanzo beans, drained
  • 1 heaping tablespoons tahini
  • 1-3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • Pink Himalayan sea salt to taste
  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. With the food processor running, stream in more olive oil to reach desired consistency.
  2. Serve with fresh vegetables.
