- 1 head of cauliflower
- Place the grating attachment into your food processor work bowl. Cut the cauliflower into chunks and with the food processor running, drop cauliflower florets into the food processor shoot and grate.
- Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Turn cauliflower rice out into an iron skillet and saute over medium heat with 1 teaspoon of sea salt for 10 minutes. Once cooked you can use this in place of cooked rice in any recipe.
