Serves: 1 cup
- 1 tomatillo, chopped
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 can diced green chilies
- Fresh lemon or lime juice to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Combine all the ingredients together in a food processor or blender and blend to a puree. Salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with green onions to serve.
Try blending in half an avocado to make a creamier dressing, or folding in a whole, cubed avocado to make a chunkier salsa.
