Melon Mint Water

- 2-6 cups cubed melon of any variety
- ½-1 cup sliced cucumber
- 1 liter filtered water or sparkling mineral water
- Fresh mint
- Pour water over cubed melon and steep for 30 minutes or up to 2 hours. Strain through a sieve or colander into a pitcher. Lightly rub several sprigs of mint together in your hands before adding it to the melon water. Chill slightly before serving, or drink immediately to cool down.
