Laura Rose's Hummus

- 1 can garbanzo beans, drained
- 1 heaping tablespoons tahini
- 1-3 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- Juice of 2 lemons
- Pink Himalayan sea salt to taste
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. With the food processor running, stream in more olive oil to reach desired consistency.
- Serve with fresh vegetables.
