- 2 bunches of kale
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1-2 teaspoons of fresh cracked pepper
- 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
- Preheat oven to 375◦
- Remove large veins from kale leaves and tear into palm sized pieces. Toss kale with olive oil, salt and pepper and spread out pieces onto a cookie sheet in single layer.
- Roast kale for 10-12 minutes until crispy.
